Hawaii island extended family photo session // Kikaua Point Beach

Today in the USA we it is a holiday to celebrate gratitude!! And what better way than to share gratitude than with a post celebrating ʻohana (family) coming together in one of the most beautiful places on earth, Hawaiʻi?!

Itʻs been a bit rainy on the west side of Hawaiʻi island but this day turned out to be beautiful - it literally felt like everyone was out on the beach because it was such a beautiful evening ;-).

I come from a large family that is spread out over the world so Iʻm always a little extra excited to document larger families as I know what a huge deal it is to coordinate schedules, location, outfits and temperaments!

A few things I am grateful for this year:

• Our growing family (I am a mom of 3 on the outside now!!)

• Seeing the world through the wonder of my childrenʻs eyes

• My mom

• Peppermint mocha latte season

• Delicious meals

• No huge baby bump, I can finally sleep on my back again ^_^
