Today in the USA we it is a holiday to celebrate gratitude!! And what better way than to share gratitude than with a post celebrating ʻohana (family) coming together in one of the most beautiful places on earth, Hawaiʻi?! Itʻs been a bit rainy on the west side of Hawaiʻi island but this day turned out to be beautiful - it literally felt like everyone was out on the beach because it was such a beautiful evening ;-). I come from a large family that is spread out over the world

Sometimes itʻs nice to get off the beaten path and by that I donʻt mean the road less traveled......but rather road less noticed for itʻs charm and unique characterisics. Holualoa town is one of those places! We got my son's first passport at the Holualoa post office, one of our favorite coffee shops (shout out: WHITE NENE COFFEE ).
